progress..not so good progress..

had a difficult past week in eating. been very up and down. eating too much one day, and then not enough the next. however I do believe our body is very smart and knows when we are serious about dieting, and until then it’s very hard to lose weight. I am finally beginning to feel that mindset again of being serious, and it feels really good. I cannot weight to start seeing results again asap! :)
